Refund Policy

CarpetsKashmir.com undertakes to transfer any funds received on a purchase from this website (CarpetsKashmir.com) to the Supplier, Khazir & Sons, in Kashmir, India, within 24 hours. 

We can return funds to a purchaser, after due diligence offline, ONLY IF the funds have not been transferred to the Supplier.

Once funds have been transferred to Kashmir, we will need to apply a refund charge of 20% of the purchase to cover costs.

If notice is given after the goods have been shipped, there is no refund available, as the goods will arrive at the Purchaser's destination within 7 -21 days, depending on the location.
